Villa Batelica

The main villa has three cozy bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed and its own bathroom. There is a pull-out armchair in each of the two upper rooms that is perfect for making a single bed. The villa's bottom floor features a sizable open area that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen through a balcony door that leads to the terrace and pool. A fourth bedroom with a private bathroom, an opening to the terrace and pool, a toilette, and laundry are also located on the groundlevel. The entire area has air conditioning and is connected by interior stairs.

There's a big terrace outside, a kids' play area, a BBQ pit, and a swimming pool with a shower. On one side of the terrace are lounge sofas, ideal for sipping your morning coffee to the sound of birds chirping and looking out over the inviting pool for refreshment or for evening socializing with a game of chess, card games, wine, cocktails, and candles. On the covered section of the terrace there's a huge, spacious table for dining and socializing with family and friends using an outdoor barbecue.

A special feature of the courtyard is the small autochthonous house by the pool. Originally, our ancestors kept cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens in this little house on the ground floor to feed the family, while the attic was filled with hay. Today, in the basement of the same cottage, there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table and a bathroom, and in the attic a room for games and socializing with billiards, darts, and table football.

To ensure that our youngest visitors have a happy and unforgettable stay at our villa, we take great care of them. Games for all ages are provided in the villa and courtyard, including badminton, table tennis, hopscotch, trampoline, and children's playgrounds with swings, slides, and ropes. In the living room there is a large smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4pro+ and 12 PlayStation games.
